Eligible Products for Return<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Product damaged during shipping<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorrect product (does not match the order)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear manufacturing defect<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Reporting Timeframe<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any issue must be reported within 24 hours after delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After this period, the case will no longer be eligible for claims.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Product Conditions<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>To qualify for a return:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The product must be unused<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In its original packaging<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the same condition as delivered<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Requirements<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>To process any request, the customer must provide:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proof of purchase or payment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear photographic evidence of the product<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.
