Return Policy

At Diamond Art Gallery, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products (art and collectibles), the following conditions apply:

1. Eligible Products for Return

Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect product (does not match the order)
  • Clear manufacturing defect

2. Reporting Timeframe

  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours after delivery.
  • After this period, the case will no longer be eligible for claims.

3. Product Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused
  • In its original packaging
  • In the same condition as delivered

4. Requirements

To process any request, the customer must provide:

  • Proof of purchase or payment
  • Clear photographic evidence of the product

5. Return Process

The customer must:

  • Submit evidence (clear photos of the product)
  • Wait for validation by our team
  • If approved, return the product for verification

Once the product is received and inspected:

  • It will be confirmed whether it meets the reported conditions
  • If valid, replacement with the same product will be prioritized
  • If replacement is not possible, store credit may be offered
  • Refunds will only be considered if none of the above options are possible

All requests are subject to review and approval by Diamond Art Gallery.

In approved cases involving defects or errors, Diamond Art Gallery may cover the return shipping cost.

6. Non-Applicable Cases

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Improper use of the product
  • Damage occurring after delivery
